The new-authority program
New MC, no loads? Dispatch that fixes both problems
FMCSA authority active, MC and USDOT numbers issued, insurance bound, truck ready — and the loads won't come, because brokers can't tell a new MC from a scam. This program books your truck now, and runs the review-building machine that makes brokers book you on your own within months, not years.

New MC? Watch how we get you booked anyway
Two minutes on what the service does — then the specifics of maturing a young authority below.
The trap
The starvation loop nobody warns you about
Auto transport runs on Central Dispatch ratings. A broker choosing between a 200-review carrier and your zero-review MC takes the known quantity every time — even at a worse rate. And the part nobody mentions at filing time: brokers almost never leave reviews unprompted. Run fifty clean loads and your profile can still look empty.
So the loop closes: no reviews → only bottom-shelf loads → barely surviving → no time for review outreach → still no reviews. Most new authorities die inside it.
New MC sitting idle?
Every week unbooked is a truck payment with no revenue behind it. Start maturing your authority now.
The program
Dispatch that matures your authority
- Booked from day zero — our dispatchers and broker relationships, built running our own fleet, go to work on your truck immediately.
- Review outreach on every completed load — the follow-up you'll never have time for is our backoffice's standing job.
- Clean paperwork that earns the yes — fast BOLs and invoicing make brokers comfortable rebooking a young MC and agreeable when we ask for the review.
- Standing that compounds — each rating point opens better boards and rates. The endgame is an MC that doesn't need us to eat.
We went through this ourselves — our parent carrier's MC matured the same way, on its own trucks. That's the playbook you're buying. Pricing follows the standard tiers: 8% Core / 10% Full Service / 14% Complete.

FAQ
New-authority questions
Why can't my new MC get loads?
Brokers filter young authorities with no review history — on Central Dispatch, a zero-review MC is indistinguishable from a double-brokering scam, so their fraud filters skip you. It's not personal, and it doesn't fix itself.
How long until brokers book me on my own?
Plan on 6–8+ months of deliberate review building. Brokers rarely leave reviews unprompted — our backoffice requests one on every load you complete, which is what compresses the timeline.
Should I just run under someone else's authority instead?
We don't offer an under-authority program — deliberately. Maturing your own MC with dispatch behind it wins: a year in, you own a rated authority, an asset that's yours instead of rent paid on someone else's.
Do you work with brand-new single-truck operations?
Yes — if the rig is a 5-car or bigger. That's our minimum; we don't book hotshots or smaller wedges.
What makes a dispatch service good for a new authority?
Three things: broker relationships that vouch for you before your profile can, paperwork discipline that makes brokers comfortable rebooking a young MC, and review outreach on every load. A service missing the third one books you loads but leaves your MC exactly as unbookable as it found it.
