About us
The American dispatch company that hauled cars first
LOADS wasn't started by a call center looking for a niche. It grew out of Flawless Freight — an American asset-based carrier that has been hauling cars on its own 9-car rigs for over six years — when other owner-operators kept asking who ran our board.

The story
Carrier first, dispatch second
Flawless Freight runs 9-car Cottrell stinger haulers — the same class of equipment used in finished-vehicle logistics — on the California–Arizona–Texas corridor and east to Tennessee and Georgia. Every lesson in our dispatch playbook was paid for in our own diesel: which brokers pay, which lanes actually net, how a 9-car deck loads legal, and how a new MC climbs out of the zero-review hole — because ours did.
LOADS is that same desk, opened to other carriers. The dispatchers who book our trucks each morning run client boards with the same math — net per day, not just the gross that pads a fee. When an idle truck costs us our own revenue too, priorities stay honest.
American-based, and precise about it
What "American-based" means here
American company, American leadership
A US-registered company run by the same American leadership that owns the trucks. Decisions get made in your time zone, by people accountable under US law.
Majority-US team
Your dispatch desk is majority-American, working US business hours. We say "majority" because it's true — and in an industry full of fake "USA dispatch" claims, precision is the credential.
Verifiable, not claimable
Anyone can type "American-based" on a website. We're attached to a US motor carrier you can pull up in the federal database — USDOT 4114501 on SAFER.

The operation
How the desk runs
- A staffed backoffice team runs the dispatch process — not one dispatcher juggling twenty trucks.
- One WhatsApp group per truck — owner, driver, dispatcher — with ELD access so loads plan around real clocks.
- Deliberately limited board. We take on carriers at the pace the desk can serve well, and we'll tell you when the honest answer is a waitlist.
- No contract, ever. Week-to-week fees are our accountability mechanism: if we stop earning it, you leave.
