The core service
Car hauler dispatch, load board to invoice
You drive; we run the desk. Sourcing, vetting, load building, negotiation, paperwork, and follow-through — handled by dispatchers who plan 9-car decks for our own fleet every morning before they touch your board.

What your dispatch desk actually does all day
The short version before the detail below — how we keep a 5–9 car trailer full, paid, and pointed the right direction.
What's included
Everything between you and the load
- Load sourcing & vetting — Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, Ship.Cars, and Haully, plus direct-shipper freight, screened for rate, route fit, and broker reliability before your phone rings.
- Multi-car load building — combinations sequenced for legal weight, deck fit, and drop order on any open-transport rig: 5-car wedges, 6- and 7-car high-mounts, 8-car and 9-car stinger trailers. A loaded deck is a Tetris board; we play it for a living.
- Rate negotiation from data — we know what lanes actually pay because our own trucks run them. We negotiate from numbers, not hope.
- HOS-aware planning — with ELD access, loads get planned around your drivers' real clocks. No more "book it and pray" scheduling.
- One WhatsApp group per truck — driver, owner, dispatcher. Decisions in minutes, in writing.
- Auction & dealer pickups — Manheim, Copart, IAA, and dealer-trade freight handled routinely: lot numbers, gate releases, and yard hours managed before your driver arrives.
- Paperwork & invoicing — dispatch sheets, Bill of Lading (BOL) flow, carrier/broker setup packets, and invoicing coordination so you're driving, not doing admin at the fuel island.

Onboarding
Running within the week
Day 1 — paperwork and access
MC/DOT, COI, W-9, truck and trailer specs, preferred lanes and home-time needs — the same items on our carrier onboarding form (a fillable PDF, available in English and Spanish). You grant load board access by user access or a private handoff — never credentials over the phone. We set up your truck's WhatsApp group.
Days 2–3 — your board takes shape
Your dispatcher builds the first load combinations against your lanes and your drivers' real ELD clocks.
Within the week — first dispatched load
Fees bill weekly from there — tiers here — and there's no contract holding you if we don't perform.

FAQ
How it works day to day
Which load boards do you work?
Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, Ship.Cars, and Haully — plus direct broker relationships built running our own fleet. Onboarding needs access to your boards via user access or a private handoff; we never take credentials over the phone.
How do I communicate with my dispatcher?
One WhatsApp group per truck — you, your driver, and your dispatcher in the same thread. No ticket queues. With ELD access we plan loads around your drivers' actual clocks.
What does dispatch cost?
8% of gross (Core), 10% (Full Service), or 14% (Complete — the entire backoffice) under your authority; 6–7% for 3+ truck fleets. Billed weekly via Zelle or another approved method, due within 24 hours of the request. No contract.
Who gets paid by the broker?
Your company, always and directly. LOADS holds no broker license and never touches freight payments — our fee bills separately.
What if I want out?
Leave. Onboarding is not a contract; dispatch runs week to week. If we're not making you more than we cost, fire us — that deal is what keeps us sharp.
Do you dispatch 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 car haulers?
Yes — every deck size from 5-car wedges up to 9-car stingers. Five cars is our minimum; we don't book hotshots, 2-car, or 3-car setups.
