For owner-operators
Dispatch built for owner-operators who'd rather drive than book
Independent hauler, one-truck operation, owner-operator — whatever you call it, if you own the truck and drive the truck, dispatch is the job you do at truck stops, at midnight, on hold. Hand it to an American-based desk that builds 9-car loads for its own fleet every morning.

One truck, a whole dispatch desk behind it
How we keep a single rig loaded, paid, and out of the empty miles.
One truck is enough.
Owner-operators are most of our board — get dispatched like a fleet.
The math
What the desk is worth to one truck
An owner-operator dispatching himself isn't saving 8% — he's paying it in worse rates and empty positions. Negotiating from a truck stop between loads is how you take the broker's first number. A desk that works your lane all day, with rate data from trucks it runs itself, books the load and the reload before you've dropped.
The alternative — a $3,500–5,000/month in-house dispatcher — makes no sense at one truck: salary due whether you roll or not, one person's knowledge, gone every vacation. Our fee follows your gross: big month, we earned it; home time, it's zero.
- Loads built around YOUR clock — with ELD access, combinations respect your hours, not a fantasy schedule.
- Home time honored — tell us the weekend you need; the board plans backward from it.
- Paperwork off your lap — dispatch sheets, BOL flow, invoicing; Full Service adds claims, books, and compliance.
- New authority? The new-MC program books you now and builds your Central Dispatch standing load by load.

FAQ
Owner-operator questions
Do you dispatch single-truck owner-operators?
Yes — one truck is our bread and butter, as long as it's a 5-to-9-car rig. Most of our board is owner-operators who'd rather drive than fight load boards.
I'm the owner AND the driver. How does communication work?
One WhatsApp group for your truck — you and your dispatcher (plus a second driver if you add one). Decisions in minutes, in writing, while you're rolling.
What does dispatch cost an owner-operator?
8% of gross for Core, 10% for Full Service with the whole backoffice. On a $40k month that's $3,200–4,000 — less than a capable in-house dispatcher, and it scales to zero when you take home time.
Can you handle my paperwork too?
Yes — Full Service (10%) covers invoicing, claims handling, and call tracking; Complete (14%) adds bookkeeping and P&L, compliance, and the AI overview. You drive; the office runs anyway.
Is a dispatch service worth it for one truck?
One truck is where it's worth the most. A single owner-operator can't watch four load boards, negotiate, and drive at the same time — the desk pays for itself in better rates and reloads before the fee is even counted.
