The onboarding checklist
- MC / USDOT number — we'll look you up before we call back.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W-9.
- Truck & trailer specs — tractor, trailer make, deck count (5-car minimum).
- Preferred lanes and home-time needs — the board gets built around them.
- Load board access plan — user access or a private handoff for Super Dispatch, Central Dispatch, Ship.Cars, and Haully. Never credentials over the phone.
Our carrier onboarding form is a fillable PDF — available in English and Spanish, with the plan tiers (8% / 10% / 14%) and the full carrier FAQ included — so most questions are answered before the first call ends. Spanish-speaking? Empieza aquí.
FAQ
Before you call
What should I have ready when I contact you?
Your MC/DOT number, insurance certificate (COI), W-9, truck and trailer specs, and your preferred lanes and home-time needs. With those in hand, onboarding takes about a day.
How fast do you respond?
Within one business day, during US business hours — usually much faster by phone.
How does load board access work at onboarding?
We need access to your boards (Super Dispatch, Central Dispatch, Ship.Cars, Haully) via user access or a private email/WhatsApp handoff. We never take credentials over the phone.
Do you dispatch trucks smaller than a 5-car?
No — 5-to-9-car haulers only. If you run a smaller rig, we're not the right desk, and we'll say so rather than take your money.
